Participates in the subcontract development process.
Prepares Project Subcontracting Plan and Procedure in accordance with the Technip Energies standards and client requirements.
Ensures sourcing and qualification of bidders in accordance with the subcontracting strategy.
Performs Ethics and Compliance due diligence.
Performs preparation, assembly and issuance of Call for Bids, addendums, and tender clarifications.
Performs contractual negotiation to protect Technip Energies' interest.
Performs commercial negotiation for the best interest of the Project.
Performs formation and award of formal subcontracts.
Administers subcontracts, including but not limited to Kick Off Meeting, change order, back-charges management to close out in compliance with the department procedures.
Liaises with the multi-engineering disciplines, Project Management, and other departments within the organization to mitigate the impacts of interfaces (gaps, overlaps or consistencies)
Performs construction cost estimates and benchmark at the various stages of the project.
Conducts Project Subcontract Meetings
Prepares feedback and statistic (cost, man hours, productivity, quantities, reworks rates, xe2x80xa6) reports/records as per corporate guidelines.
Conducts the Performance Evaluation of construction subcontractors.

Experience in project management and management of change.
Awareness of multi-engineering disciplines
Construction Site experiences
Contractual experiences
Resilience, time management, analytical skills
Fluency in professional English (Arabic would be an added value)
Experience in FEED and EPC projects.
Experience in onshore / offshore projects.
