Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be Dubai Municipality registered and have a strong background in structural design.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a proven track record in structural design and project coordination. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles, expertise in designing to both local and international standards, and the ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will also be well-versed in regulatory requirements and capable of obtaining necessary approvals from Dubai Municipality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the structural design process for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Review and approve structural designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Ensure that all designs meet Dubai Municipality regulations and secure the necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to integrate structural solutions into overall design concepts.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the structural design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with design intent and structural integrity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery within budget.

Requirements :

• Dubai Municipality registration is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design, with a strong background in leading projects in the UAE.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit) and other relevant tools.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international structural codes and standards (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• UAE experience is essential, with knowledge of Dubai's regulatory framework and construction industry.

Salary will be disclosed during the interview which is subject to your experience.
