The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, coupled with hands-on experience in site supervision and design coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in ensuring the structural integrity and success of iconic projects in the region.Key Responsibilities:

• Site Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of structural site operations, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Site Supervision with Design Experience: Lead site supervision activities, conducting regular inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to engineering standards. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• High-Rise Tower Experience: Bring expertise in the design and construction of high-rise towers, with a deep understanding of the unique structural challenges and requirements associated with tall buildings. Implement best practices to optimize structural performance and mitigate risks.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design team to coordinate structural design activities with site operations. Review design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure constructability and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven track record of successful site supervision and project management in the UAE, preferably with renowned developers or engineering firms.
• Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis software and design codes relevant to high-rise construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
