In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing structural engineering projects on-site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our construction projects.
Lead and manage structural engineering aspects of complex construction projects from design to completion
Conduct on-site structural inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes
Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings for various building types and infrastructure projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Prepare and present technical reports, structural analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends, innovative construction techniques, and local building regulations
Implement and maintain safety protocols on construction sites
Participate in business development activities and client meetings as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent
