SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:The Senior Strategy and Data Analyst supports the Office of Institutional Planning and Effectiveness (OIPE) by developing and maintaining various institutional dashboards and administer and facilitate KPIs-based performance review of all academic and non-academic units. S/he shall also analyze institutional data, summarize evidence-based results and draw conclusions, suggest remedial actions for continuous improvement, evaluate resulting improvements, and write relevant reports.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and facilitate the Performance Management cycle, that begins with KPIs selection, baseline and target setting, preparing Performance Contracts, carrying out balance scorecard analysis, assessing the progress through interim reviews, and submitting the mid-year and final reports to senior management on the achievement and gaps of each office.
Schedule and administer student, staff and external stakeholders\' surveys relating to the University KPIs and submit the reports to Deans, Managers and Cabinet for strategic decisions and actions after the approval of the Executive Director.
Obtain and review action plans to enhance the effectiveness of all academic and non- academic units in the University.
Evaluate improvements resulting from suggested actions (closing the loop).
Prepare Strategic Plan Monitoring Report on annual basis.
Develop, administer, and maintain visualization dashboards and reports for various data tasks, including Fact Book and KPIs Assessment.
Perform thorough validity check of the institutional and college-level data.
Analyze the validated data, draw conclusions, and write reports.
Coordinate with other team members of OIPE and perform institutional effectiveness related tasks as directed by the Executive Director of OIPE.
Oversee the process of offices/colleges benchmarking against peer and aspirant universities.
Prepare, cleanse, and analyze institutional data for Fact Book and other similar publications in coordination with the Institutional Research unit.
Gather evidence, prepare reports for specified UN SDGs and contribute in THE Impact Ranking submission.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Executive Director of OIPE.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business or related field is required. However, a master's degree is preferred for this position.
The applicant must have at least five years\' experience in strategy related tasks, analyzing data, preparing dashboard, and writing effective reports.

The position may entail work after duty hours, on weekends, holidays and in emergency (i.e. may be subject to on-call responsibilities).
SUPERVISION:
Reports to: The Executive Director of OIPE
Working Relationships & Subordinates: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
