Focusing on one or two key growth verticals within your region, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing long-term business opportunities (6-24 months), leveraging the full suite of BA offerings, from products (Fire, Security, BMS) to integrated solutions.In this quota-carrying role, you will work closely with the Strategic Sales team, to implement forward-thinking sales strategies that align with Honeywell's broader business objectives. You will cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet evolving market needs while delivering impactful results.Operating out of our Dubai, UAE location on a hybrid schedule, your ability to drive results will be critical to Honeywell's success in positioning itself as a leader in the Building Automation market.Key responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Design and execute sales strategies that target long-term growth opportunities within Healthcare verticals in your region, ensuring alignment with BA's broader business objectives.xc2xb7 Actively hunt for new business opportunities within Healthcare verticals, leveraging market insights, customer data, and networking to identify and capture future growth potential.xc2xb7 Build and maintain strong, future-oriented relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels, including specifiers, end-users, GCs, EPCs, and OEMs, ensuring Honeywell's BA solutions are top-of-mind for strategic projects.xc2xb7 Work closely with marketing, product management, and local sales teams to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Honeywell's full suite of BA offerings (BMS, Security, Fire, etc.).xc2xb7 Utilize customer insights and Voice of Customer data to inform business development strategies, ensuring that BA offerings meet evolving market demands and deliver significant value to customers.xc2xb7 Engage and influence key decision-makers and influencers to drive preference for Honeywell's products and software, including participating in networking opportunities with regulatory bodies, vertical forums, and other industry influencers.xc2xb7 Collaborate with the Healthcare Marketing lead to co-develop and promote content and campaigns that create awareness and demand for Honeywell's BA products and solutions through both traditional and digital channels.xc2xb7 Develop and expand demand generation activities with strategic partners and distributors that have a complementary focus on BA solutions in key regional markets, driving mutual business growth.xc2xb7 Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding Honeywell's market share within the Healthcare verticals through effective business development and relationship management.Key skills and qualificationsYOU MUST HAVExc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldxc2xb7 7+ years of experience in strategic sales or business development rolesxc2xb7 Knowledge and experience with different go-to-market channel strategies including direct, distribution, and System Integrators for products and services is a must.xc2xb7 Proven track record of leveraging data and insights to drive strategic business decisions and improve market performance.xc2xb7 Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.xc2xb7 Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersxc2xb7 Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.WE VALUExc2xb7 Master's degree preferredxc2xb7 Innovative and eager to explore new business opportunitiesxc2xb7 Curiosity and willingness to learn and adaptOur offerxc2xb7 A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environmentxc2xb7 Market specific training and ongoing personal development.xc2xb7 Experienced leaders to support your professional development.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
