Responsible for assisting in the specification of the company's Building Insulation & HVAC products with Architectural & MEP Consultants and following it through with Site Team eventually resulting in orders.Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Specifications for Architectural & MEP Consultants for their Building Insulation & HVAC requirements.
• Assist in developing strategies with Building Insulation & HVAC Teams to increase our Market Share over our competitors.
• Working with International Certification bodies on the standards needed within the industry to align with the company's products.
• Assist in presenting training and CPDs to Architectural Consultants and Designers.
• Assisting in arranging and hosting industry seminars to highlight the company's innovative solutions.
• Project-specific meetings to answer any queries or questions the Engineers might have.
• Market analysis of Competitors and developing new product ideas.
• Liaising with other divisions on the company's strategy.
• Promote the company's products and services technically and commercially, obtain inquiries, and ensure they are quoted as required.
• Prepare and submit proposals using such computer-based programs and technical support as may be necessary.
• Obtain technical approval at the appropriate level before submitting proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue business opportunities, participating in pre-sales activities and providing technical support during client presentations.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance their understanding of our building insulation & HVAC products and their applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to building insulation & HVAC to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
• Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to showcase our products, network with professionals, and stay abreast of market developments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Insulation products is a must.
• Arabic-speaking female candidates are required for this role.
