Looking for a Senior Specialist with Talent Planning & Acquisition experience to work for a client in Dubai
- Must have good communication skills in English & Arabic
- Must have a Bachelor degree in either Business Administration or Human Resources / or Master's degree would be a plus
- the job requires an individual to identify recruitment needs and requirements
- analyze the recruitment process , train the new HR recruiters
- track and obtain documents
- prepare HR reports
- establish operational hiring metrics
- analyze the performance of HR recruiters
- develop the effective recruiting strategies
Salary AED 25k to AED 30 + annual tickets + medical ( for self & family)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• identifying recruitment requirements: 8 years (Preferred)
• preparing recruitment reports: 8 years (Preferred)
• train HR recruiters: 8 years (Preferred)
• analyze the recruitment software: 8 years (Preferred)
• develop effective recruiting strategies: 8 years (Preferred)
