Senior Specialist Talent Planning & Acquisition
Job Description
Looking for a Senior Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition to work for a client based in Dubai:
- Must have a bachelor degree in Ba or Human Resources
- Will be preparing and developing comprehensive policies , methodologies, and plans to support the localization process
- Will manage all other related tasks assigned by the line manager
- Ensure the implementation of Emiratization, rules , policies in HR Law
- Participate in preparing files by presenting any data related to Emiratization
- Suggestion/ recommendation on how to improve the programs related to Emiratization across the company
- Responding to all inquiries from internal and external parties regarding Emiratization
- Preparing monthly, quarterly , and annual reports for Emiratization KPI's
- Using the Government Resource Program to gather , analyze, and input relevant data related to Emiratization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED36,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• GRP - Government Resources Program: 8 years (Preferred)
• Integrated human resource systems: 8 years (Preferred)
• technical report: 8 years (Preferred)
• human resources policies and procedures: 8 years (Preferred)
• analysis: 8 years (Preferred)
• Emiratization: 8 years (Preferred)
