- Continuously update recruitment plans, procedures, and manuals in line with government regulations and feedback.
- Compare vacancies against the approved budget and organizational structure, and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
- Update the talent pool based on performance evaluations and provide recommendations for talent development.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other governmental entities locally and internationally.
- Prepare job advertisements and ensure they target the appropriate candidates.
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates, ensuring compliance with job descriptions.
- Continuously improve selection and evaluation processes.
- Implement recruitment plans, conduct interviews, and propose suitable job offers.
- Notify successful candidates, prepare contracts, and manage onboarding procedures.
- Implement government-approved Emiratization plans and analyze results to suggest improvements.
- 4 to 8 years maximum of relevant experience, of which at least 3years in recruitment, in talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Bachelor\'s, or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
