Reporting to the Senior Manager xe2x80x93 Strategy & Business Development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to propel our organization towards sustainable growth and impact. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our AI-driven space capabilities, aligning with both national priorities and international market dynamics.
Drive corporate strategy execution with the Strategy Team, identifying growth & focus areas and developing annual strategic plans.
Support the Strategy Team in analyzing growth opportunities (strategic & financial as well as basic spectrum/technical/commercial feasibility), deriving actionable insights and making strategic recommendations.
Help identify inorganic growth opportunities (i.e. due diligence of targets, deal analysis, documentation, etc.).
Assist other Space42 departments in execution (e.g. term sheets, SPAs, closure processes, post-merger integration etc.).
Establish solid working relationships between departments to facilitate cooperation on initiatives and enhance transfer of information & support.
Gather, analyze, and maintain up-to-date market intelligence on relevant industry trends, competitors, products, and customer demand.
Support the Strategy Team in delivering strategy/project/performance/marketing related communications to shareholders, stakeholders and other external audiences.
Lead initiatives to grab emerging business opportunities, ensuring expansion and diversification of our product offerings across various geographic regions.
Analyze and optimize revenue synergies and economies of scale to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Foster strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry players, academic institutions, and government bodies to consolidate our market position.
Serve as the go-to resource for market intelligence within the organization, sharing, educating, and informing colleagues and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
MBA from a top-tier school in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in strategy/business development in a top-tier strategy consulting/private equity/investment management firm within the space-tech, satellite or telecom sectors.
Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic/French as a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Certifications in strategic planning or business analysis are a plus.
Background in technology-focused sectors such as telecom or software development is preferred.
Experience with project management software and data visualization tools.
Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
