Position Summary
You will support the regional team in driving all aspects of Influencers and Social Media planning, execution, optimization, measurement as well as will support in driving corporate PR such as weekly/ quarterly newsletters and drafting internal case studies. The role is cross-functional and requires experience in execution, as you will collaborate with a broad range of teams, including local market digital marketing managers, product marketing and CRM teams among others. You will also ideate and develop social friendly for Samsungs regional social channels (Tiktok, Instagram and LinkedIn)
Role and Responsibilities
  • Translate digital campaign strategy into a strong media and implementation plan while developing and expanding community across social platforms+
  • Assist on regional influencer programs including creating regional playbooks, defining KPIs, briefing and monitoring influencer results
  • Develop unique contents that are not planned or staged that are relevant and engaging with GenZ (2 way communication or UGC based content ideas).
  • Execute ideas on collaboration (Product placement, brand integration, limited edition partnerships) that are linked to business sales while benchmarking other successful brand best practice.
  • Feed ideas on product, service, Multi device experience that are linked to GenZ day to day life improvement opportunities and Samsung Brand.
  • Support in defining and reporting on social media KPI to drive business growth, acquisition, user engagement, churn reductions and brand awareness across all digital and social paid channel
  • Work closely with media agency & Social agency to define and quantify target audience across media channels and inform campaign set-up
  • Lead on regional PR newsletters such as weekly PR news reports and Quarterly Marketing newsletter
  • Work closely with local teams & HQ to deliver weekly regional PR plans and content calendar
  • Collaborate with Content Team to deliver integrated social media-content plan (regional and local)
  • Liaise with local Digital Marketing Managers (DMM) on overall plan, content integration, amplification schedule and reporting
  • Collaborate with local teams and departments to deliver weekly best practices and develop a template to deliver marketing achievements to senior management
  • Fast paced, high energy and strong collaboration skills to work closely with local market teams and deliver compelling results
  • Data driven mindest and is familiar with reporting and analyzing reports i.e.drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics to consistently identify best performing digital/social channels/ influencers and key genz programs that drive ROI.
  • Interpret campaign performance data and drive actionable insights that can feed into digital strategies, channel performance and campaign optimizations
  • Review and verify correct content (post) usage and landing page against plan
  • Work closely with markets to make sure the brand content is consistent and aligned, while applying Global guidance
  • Track investment progress, channel performance progress, content & message performance and Audience performance
  • Drive incremental actionable insights through social analytics and competitive landscape benchmarking to improve user experience and platform capabilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive landing page/ad creative/product feed optimization to improve channel performance, onboard new partners, maintain accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team on attribution models, analytics, audience segmentation, messaging, promotions, and retention strategies
  • Build relationships with marketing agencies ( social, digital influencers and PR) and manage the day-to-day agency requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on latest Influencers /PR/ Social media best practices and technologies/tools across platforms and re-apply winning executions and tool across MENA markets
  • Manage and report performances of Gen Z projects by corporate marketing
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in marketing with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bilingual Arabic & English mandatory including French will be a plus
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (managing and implementing digital campaigns across all paid media channels) OR experience in Digital/Social in IT/Fashion/FMCG industry with experience in social content creation and experience in managing influencer campaigns.
    • Wide experience in various corporate projects across multiple marketing touch points
    • Strategic mind-set, attention to detail, and master of handling dates/deliverables
    • Experience defining, analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics
    • Track record of process success and flawless execution
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
    • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
    • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable media insights (ROI) and using them to inform future campaigns
