Job Role: Senior Specialist - Manpower and RecruitmentGrade O3 O1 Emiratization MandatoryJob Nature Office FieldMain Tasks/Responsibilities Operational Tasks: Meeting the recruitment needs of organizational units and providing support in identifying job requirements and required skills. Attract and select suitable candidates for job vacancies. Advertise job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms. Organize and participate in recruitment fairs to attract talent. Work on improving the candidate experience in addition to developing and improving communication channels with candidates to ensure transparency and smoothness of the recruitment process. Follow up on the list of vacancies in coordination with the relevant organizational units and in accordance with the workforce plan. Ensure that all candidate files are complete and ready in accordance with the recruitment requirements to be sent to the Personnel Affairs Department. Manage logistics services and communicate with new employees before they start work and ensure that security requirements and all related procedures are completed. Provide consultations and guidance to organizational units regarding recruitment and Emiratization policies and procedures. Prepare periodic reports to organizational units on recruitment developments to support the decision-making process. Participate in setting recruitment priorities for jobs that require immediate appointment. Follow up on contracts of all types and ensure that the necessary steps are taken for renewal according to the specified period in line with the approved policies.Coordination with organizational units and conducting introductory workshops regarding any developments in recruitment and Emiratization processes.For approved procedures and policies.Periodic follow-up of recruitment processes to ensure their implementation in accordance withSubmitting proposals and identifying areas for improvement that contribute to developing current recruitment processes.Communicating with recruitment companies, accredited agencies, universities, and colleges.Communicating with companies that provide services to contractors to inform them of all contractor developments.Managing the contracting of collaborators in the company in cooperation with organizational units effectively, which contributes to enhancing work efficiency.Contributing to recruitment and workforce planning policies to ensure that they are suitable for requirements in line with best practices.Contributing to creating, developing, and reviewing the systems and procedures manual of the department. Develop effective localization strategies that are consistent with the company's needs and policies.Identify, analyze and classify the results of recruitment needs at the company level.
