Operational Tasks:
xc3x97Meeting the recruitment needs of organizational units and providing support in identifying job requirements and required skills.
xc3x97Attract and select suitable candidates for job vacancies.
xc3x97Advertise job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
xc3x97Organize and participate in recruitment fairs to attract talent.
xc3x97Work on improving the candidate experience in addition to developing and improving communication channels with candidates to ensure transparency and smoothness of the recruitment process.
xc3x97Follow up on the list of vacancies in coordination with the relevant organizational units and in accordance with the workforce plan.
xc3x97Ensure that all candidate files are complete and ready in accordance with the recruitment requirements to be sent to the Personnel Affairs Department.
xc3x97Manage logistics services and communicate with new employees before they start work and ensure that security requirements and all related procedures are completed.
xc3x97Provide consultations and guidance to organizational units regarding recruitment and Emiratization policies and procedures.
xc3x97Prepare periodic reports to organizational units on recruitment developments to support the decision-making process.
xc3x97Participate in setting recruitment priorities for jobs that require immediate appointment.
xc3x97Follow up on contracts of all types and ensure that the necessary steps are taken for renewal according to the specified period in line with the approved policies.xc3x97Coordination with organizational units and conducting introductory workshops regarding any developments in recruitment and Emiratization processes.xc3x97For approved procedures and policies.Periodic follow-up of recruitment processes to ensure their implementation in accordance withxc3x97Submitting proposals and identifying areas for improvement that contribute to developing current recruitment processes.xc3x97Communicating with recruitment companies, accredited agencies, universities, and colleges.xc3x97Communicating with companies that provide services to contractors to inform them of all contractor developments.xc3x97Managing the contracting of collaborators in the company in cooperation with organizational units effectively, which contributes to enhancing work efficiency.xc3x97Contributing to recruitment and workforce planning policies to ensure that they are suitable for requirements in line with best practices.xc3x97Contributing to creating, developing, and reviewing the systems and procedures manual of the department.
xc3x97Develop effective localization strategies that are consistent with the company's needs and policies.xc3x97Identify, analyze and classify the results of recruitment needs at the company level. Joint tasksIn conjunction with all organizational units in the department; to ensure smooth operations.xc3x97Comply with all laws, procedures and controls regarding health, safety and environmental policies in order to create a risk-free work environmentxc3x97Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of information in all dealings, and not to disclose any third party to the privacy of the work.xc3x97To the directives of the direct manager.Perform any other work or tasks related to the job duties according to the minimum job requirements.Academic qualificationsAcademic degree: Bachelor's degree from an academic institution recognized by the United Arab Emirates.Specialized certifications such as CIPD or SHRM or other in the field of human resources terms.
