Primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, productivity, and job satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver employee training programs that align with the NMC's goals and objectives.
• Analyze data and feedback to determine priority areas for learning and development interventions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with the NMC's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to identify, assess, and prioritize training needs across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials for both in-person and online delivery.
• Oversee the delivery of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure they meet the intended learning objectives.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs by conducting needs assessments, analyzing feedback, and making necessary adjustments
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that all training records are accurate and up to date.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related fields. Master's degree will be an advantage.
• ATD, or CIPD certification will be added advantage.
• 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, 3 years in preferably in a senior role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
