Sr. Specialist Integration - Emirati TalentScopeThe Senior Integration Specialist is responsible for leading and managing integration of acquisitions, JVs, Mergers within the group across various systems, applications, and business units within the organization. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing integration requirements, designing solutions, and implementing integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.Core Accountabilities
Integration Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration objectives, assess business needs, and develop integration strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, applications, and data structures to identify integration opportunities (Synergies), challenges, and requirements.
Solution Design: Design comprehensive integration solutions, including data mapping, transformation rules, message routing, and error handling mechanisms, to meet business requirements and technical constraints.
Platform Evaluation: Evaluate integration platforms, tools, and technologies to determine the most suitable solutions for specific integration projects, considering factors such as scalability, flexibility, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Integration Implementation: Lead the implementation of integration solutions, working closely with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to configure, customize, and deploy integration components.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute integration test plans to ensure the reliability, performance, and integrity of integrated systems and data exchanges. Conduct thorough validation to verify compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation, including integration specifications, architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Provide regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders.
Synergies Tracking: follow-up SHA and SPA agreements and follow-through the synergies results calculation and mapping
Knowledge Transfer and Training: Share expertise and best practices with team members, provide training and support to users and administrators, and contribute to the development of organizational capabilities in integration management.
Experience:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, with a focus on integration projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Demonstrated experience in core accounting and understand overall process
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or related field
MBA
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
