Identifying periodic human resources needs and job budgets, updating the organizational structure data in coordination with organizational units and representative missions, in accordance with the strategic human resources planning system, strategic plans and projects, and the ministry's approved organizational structure.
Continuously updating policies and procedures related to human resources management activities and operations, and innovating projects for policies and quality systems within the framework of benchmarking results, feedback, and the requirements of policies and regulations issued by relevant federal government authorities.
Preparing and developing career paths, job descriptions, classifying and evaluating current and new positions, and updating them in line with the ministry's strategic directions and future goals, in collaboration with various departments and divisions.
Implementing empowerment and motivation policies, recognizing outstanding efforts, and all policies and procedures for rewarding distinguished human resources, recognizing talents, and ensuring their happiness and optimal utilization.
Reviewing service termination procedures, exit interviews, and surveys on reasons for leaving work and job turnover, conducting studies to measure satisfaction, happiness, engagement, and loyalty of current and new employees, and providing related recommendations and suggestions.
Participating in resolving employee complaints and suggestions and assisting in providing support and career empowerment, contributing to creating a supportive and creative work environment, and preparing reports on the results of indicators and enablers approved in this regard.
Developing and preparing awareness programs and guides related to human resources policies and procedures, employee rights and duties to ensure compliance with approved human resources guidelines and regulations.
Developing and monitoring the implementation of succession planning and talent management programs, building benchmark job competencies, behavioral indicators, developing assessment centers and competence tests, and monitoring implementation indicators and evaluating results in coordination with the Training and Development Department and Employee Performance Management.
Continuously studying the salary, rewards, and benefits systems for the ministry and representative missions, based on best global practices, benchmarking, and labor market comparisons both locally and internationally, and providing developmental suggestions to achieve a happy and stable work environment.
Continuously evaluating the procedures, mechanisms, and practices related to implementing human resources policies, processes, and activities in the ministry, and providing suggestions to develop and adopt the latest policies and methods that contribute to enhancing the role of human resources and qualifying for excellence programs and human resources awards.
Qualifications:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in HR of which 3 years minimum in workforce planning specifically.
