:Job Title: Senior Specialist HR Performance and Development \xe2\x80\x93 UAE NationalJob Location: Abu DhabiRemuneration: CompetitiveJob Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance management policies and add them to the ERP system.
  • Provide support and workshops to supervisors and employees regarding the performance system.
  • Review annual performance documents and recommend adjustments.
  • Analyze and prepare reports on performance results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement incentive and reward policies.
  • Identify key opportunities for employee skill development.
  • Employee Development:
  • Oversee succession planning and report progress.
  • Implement innovative training methods.
Manage logistics for training programs and assess their effectiveness.Analyze training needs, manage training plans, and support talent development.To qualify for this role, you must have:
  • 4 to 8 years maximum of relevant experience, of which at least 3years in Learning and Development, or Talent Management, Employee Development, Employee Performance.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Bachelor\'s, or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Job Specific Skills: Talent Development, Succession Planning, Competency Management, Career Mapping and Planning.
