Performance Management:
Implement performance management policies and add them to the ERP system.
Provide support and workshops to supervisors and employees regarding the performance system.
Review annual performance documents and recommend adjustments.
Analyze and prepare reports on performance results and identify areas for improvement.
Implement incentive and reward policies.
Identify key opportunities for employee skill development.
Employee Development:
Oversee succession planning and report progress.
Implement innovative training methods.
Manage logistics for training programs and assess their effectiveness.Analyze training needs, manage training plans, and support talent development.To qualify for this role, you must have:
4 to 8 years maximum of relevant experience, of which at least 3years in Learning and Development, or Talent Management, Employee Development, Employee Performance.
Fluency in English & Arabic.
Bachelors degree in Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
