:1. Develops and submits for approval, plans, policies and action strategies for theimplementation of risk management programs to ensure attainment of Organisational goalsand objectives and adherence to the intent of the Risk Management program.2. Facilitate and Coordinate the implementation of those programs throughout the Agency bywith department heads and assigned department staff.3. Review all risk assessments and recommend how risks could be reduced by outlining safeoperational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards;4. Conduct audits of work sites to assure that the Agency is in compliance with a variety ofNational safety codes, regulations and laws; prescribes improvements and notifies theapplicable department head regarding corrective actions as required and keep records of auditfindings5. Monitor that the departments maintain records of incidents and accidents, analyze accidentdata, and recommend proactive solutions to reduce the frequency and severity of accidents.6. Educating and informing staff and managers on identified hazards and provide professionaladvise on health and safety issues and risk control measures liaise with client Legal Affairs Department to obtain any changes or proposed changes to the UAEoccupational HS legislation, codes or technical guidelines impacting on the organisation fromthe HS aspects to ensure the organization is compliant with mandatory regulations;7. Plan practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health andsafety and safe working practices; Advise changes to working practices that are safe andcomply with changed or new legislation;8. Develop and coordinate the implementation Agency specific Office, Depots, Bus StationsEmergency Procedures and co-ordinate the efforts of emergency teams and ensuringcontinuous effectiveness by providing HS support to Emergency Management Team Memberson applicable scenarios9. Coordinate the implementation of Crisis Management Procedure integrating client Crisis Management System with Agency Crisis Management Team10. Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, safeguardingmachinery and occupational diseases.
