Provide expert-level support and consultation to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with other business applications.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Configure and customize applications to align with client requirements
Develop functional designs and solution architectures
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes
Gather and document business requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications
Quality Assurance and Testing
Develop and execute test plans for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
Resolve issues identified during testing phases
Client Support and Consultation
Provide expert-level support to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress
Offer strategic advice on leveraging Oracle SaaS solutions for HR optimization
Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize application performance
Implement efficient configurations and customizations
Conduct regular performance testing and tuning activities
Training and Knowledge Transfer
Provide end-user training on Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Develop training materials and user guides
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams
Project Management
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM features and industry trends
Propose and implement process improvements
Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies
Work Schedule Management
Create and manage work schedules using Oracle Fusion HCM tools
Configure time and elapsed work schedules based on client needs
Implement calendar events and exceptions for accurate employee availability tracking
Patch Management and System Maintenance
Handle Oracle quarterly patch releases for Oracle Fusion HCM
Coordinate with Oracle support for Service Request (SR) management
Ensure system stability and functionality after updates
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and their interdependencies
Experience in engaging with business users and customer SMEs to understand requirements and provide solutions
Ability to troubleshoot functional issues in production and provide quick resolutions
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
