Determine facility requirements of new structure development and renovation.
Identify the requirements in relation to design, specifications, materials, colour, equipment, and estimate costs and construction time frame.
Prepare RFPs and tendering documents, administrate tender analyses reports and verify document of guarantees and defective maintenance warrantees.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and government authorities to ensure the provision of quality work and adherence to contractual terms and standards.
Oversee the carrying out of periodic/preventative maintenance work for facilities and ensure adherence to the maintenance contracts.
Monitor work being performed by external contractors for both maintenance and development projects and carry out cost control procedures.
Develop and present reports on project progress to the Finance Department to settle the required payments.
Oversee insurance settlements - accident and other insurance claims.
Prepare the yearly budget for building maintenance and general expenses.
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
