Your Impact
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support our growth across the Middle East, India and Africa (MINA). In this dynamic role, you will present and deliver solutions directly to CTOs, driving real value and innovation for mobile and broadband telecommunications operators. As a key contributor within our Network Experience team and working closely with Sales, you must be based in the Middle East, fluent in both Arabic and English, and have a deep understanding of cultural norms. You will be commercially savvy and comfortable taking charge of the main technical relationship with potential customers. You understand how large corporations think about their networks and improve customer experience. You know how they invest efficiently, focusing on actions that boost business performance rather than just technical KPIs. Using a consultative sales approach, you will show how our products bridge the gap in needs and deliver real value to our customers. Lastly, you understand the structure of a telco, both the mobile and broadband parts of the business, and how CTO organisations work internally and across different stakeholders. This role involves working with both mobile and broadband operators in the Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities
Supporting in-person meetings with senior representatives from technical departments of telecom operators worldwide.
Lead consultative discussions with executives and budget holders to define and qualify market needs for analytics solutions.
Promote new product solutions to target clients and assist the sales team in securing initial sales as market validation.
Collaborate with client teams to tailor solutions to their needs and objectives.
Work with the sales team to define account strategies and maximise long term value and success.
Mentoring junior team members, creating an environment for them to thrive and learn.
Advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their needs are considered in product roadmaps and engineering.
Support the go-to-market plan of new product solutions, including launch, introduction, trials, and deployment.
Assist in all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, SOW definition, and responding to customer RFP/RFQs.

Required Skills & Abilities
Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
Proficient in SQL, big data, BI platforms (like Tableau). Not required but useful
Highly skilled with extensive customer-facing roles in the telecom industry, with a proven track record of promoting product solutions to technical areas of telecoms operators resulting in sales.
Leads from the front, committed to business objectives and deliverables, persistent, resilient, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity, helping team members manage through change.
Provides well-reasoned feedback and recommendations that will positively impact multiple clients and can deliver customer outputs independently.
Produces high-quality work for executive audiences.
Understands delivery and commercial risks and collaborates to mitigate them.
Experience
Experience in team leadership and delegation.
Experience promoting business support/intelligence solutions like market research data/analysis, SaaS-based Business Intelligence, and sales enablement solutions.
Experience in small/medium fast-paced tech companies, understanding the challenges of global ambitions with limited resources.
Experience with both mobile and fixed-line telecoms operators, ideally with global market exposure and experience across MEA, and preferred experience working within telecom operators.
