Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.OVERALL DESCRIPTION:As a Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customers current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklrs solutions. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklrs business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customers technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.Who You Are And What Makes You Qualified:
You will be a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise customers.
You will attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customers current and future states and positive business outcomes.
Youll bring your creativity to build compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customers required capabilities
You will passionately seek out the opportunity to assist Sales in the response to RFXs
You are incredibly smart and have a desire to keep up with aggressive training schedules and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
Youve got 4-6 years of experience in a presales role at a SaaS company.
Youve been successful in selling value for CX lifecycle across industries and accounts
Arabic language fluency is mandatory
