We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solar PV Engineer to join our team and help us drive the development and execution of cutting-edge solar energy projects.

As a Senior Solar PV Engineer, you will be a pivotal member of our engineering team, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing solar photovoltaic systems. Your expertise and leadership will guide our projects to success and contribute to the growth of renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Solar PV System Design: Lead the design and optimization of solar photovoltaic systems, including layout, component selection, and advanced performance modeling.

Project Management: Oversee the full project life cycle, from conception to commissioning, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality delivery.

Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical support and expertise in solar energy, guiding the team in complex problem-solving and system troubleshooting.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes, and act as the point of contact for regulatory agencies.

Site Assessment and Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new solar installations.

Quality Control: Develop and implement rigorous quality control and assurance measures to maintain optimal system performance.

Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis: Analyze system data to identify opportunities for system optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.

Research and Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices.

Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field issued by recognized university / institution.
• Minimum 4 years of Electrical Installation and construction related work. Experience of two (2) years and at least three (3) Solar PV plants in: Designing, Building, Verification/Testing.
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical engineering, and renewable energy technologies.
• Proficiency in PV design software, CAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus.
• Proven success in managing large-scale solar projects is preferred.
