Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge software solutions to enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the target market.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, VITOs).
Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to position software solutions effectively.
Serve as a trusted advisor and ensure a consultative sales approach.
3. Solution Selling:
Present and demonstrate the value of software solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, pricing models, and presentations to address client needs.
Highlight benefits of multi-year contracts, software scalability, and ROI-driven solutions.
4. Deal Negotiation and Closure:
Lead negotiations to secure high-value, multi-year contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance) to align solutions with client requirements.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
5. Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of software products and services offered.
Provide client feedback to product and engineering teams to improve offerings.
6. Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Report on sales metrics, deal progress, and key challenges to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise software solution sales or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for high-value deals.
Strong network of C-level contacts and decision-makers within relevant industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or financial software is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic Solution Selling: Expertise in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) with a proven ability to align software solutions to client business objectives.
Value-Driven Communication: Strong ability to quantify and articulate ROI, business impact, and value to C-suite stakeholders, driving buy-in for high-value deals.
Complex Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing and closing long sales cycles with multi-year contracts, leveraging exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Client Relationship Management: Skilled at building trust-based, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, serving as a strategic advisor to key decision-makers.
Tech-Savvy and Analytical: Proficient in CRM tools ( Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and data-driven strategies to optimize pipeline and performance.
Resilient and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to exceed sales targets in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
