We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to APR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher APR (+40%) than any other staking operator


We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.


We work with partners like BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger and ByBit.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a skilled

Full Stack Developer

Backend Developer

Frontend exposure

(66%-33%) to create and support APIs, services and web solutions for P2P blockchain products.

You have

5+ years of experience

with

Node.js

and a strong understanding of back-end development principles. Proven experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications using TS/React or any reactive frontend library. Strong knowledge of

relational

and

document-oriented databases

, with a focus on architecture and best practices. Solid understanding of

RESTful API design principles

. Familiarity with

Docker

and

DevOps basics

for building environment-independent projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively integrate yourself in a

collaborative team environments

with open communication. You have a high drive and you find pride in the ownership of your technical work.

Proficiency in spoken English

for effective team communication.

Preferred to have

Hands-on experience with web3 development, including smart contract integration and decentralized applications (dApps). Experience with

Nest.js

principles. Habit of usage of visual design tools to support and explain your functionality and architectural decisions. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-centric interfaces. Experience in monitoring event driven systems to swiftly resolve issues across the stack for improving the performance and reliability.
