We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end web development, as well as expertise in mobile app development, particularly with Flutter. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups into functional interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with best practices in mind.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and web services.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our development practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with web services.
• Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
