Responsibilities

:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, and personnel to designated locations. Oversee daily site operations to ensure the timely and efficient progress of projects. Supervise and manage site teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols. Report project status and issues to higher management. Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and work progress details. Manage equipment and materials, ensuring they are properly stored, maintained, and used efficiently.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a strong understanding of construction practices in the UAE. Valid UAE Driving License. Diploma or professional certifications in Civil Engineering or related fields. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise a diverse workforce. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related fields. Knowledge of diamond-cutting technologies. Knowledge of demolition of concrete structures.
