Job Description

Position: Sr. Site Architect.

Location: Abu Dhabi.

Nationality: Arabic.

Gender: Any.

Salary: 18K - 20K AED.

Experience: 12 - 15 Years with High Rise Buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Manage and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize various architecture programs, including but not limited to design, Revit, AutoCAD, and other software, for efficient project planning and execution.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring to ensure work meets established standards and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, resolving any architectural design or construction-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of all applicable laws, regulations, and codes about the municipality of Abu Dhabi.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations, as required.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering their professional development within the organization.
• Prioritize safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as an architectural site engineer, preferably within a reputable engineering consulting company.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is a must.
• Proficient in using architectural design software, such as Design, Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant programs.
• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of Abu Dhabi architectural principles, codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and manage construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and precision.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Professional certifications or memberships in relevant architectural associations are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
