Job Title: Senior Site Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience Required: Minimum 13+ years

Notice Period: 0-30 days (Preference for immediate joiners)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee architectural site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project plans, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes.

- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.

- Resolve any architectural design issues that arise during construction, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with the design team to make necessary adjustments to project plans based on site conditions and client requirements.

- Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, standards, and best practices.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, progress, and any potential issues to senior management and clients.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities, including changes, approvals, and inspections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Minimum of 13+ years of experience in architectural site supervision, with a strong focus on consultancy work.

- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficiency in using architectural software and tools for design, drafting, and project management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate data and analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

- Experience with Abu Dhabi projects and familiarity with local regulations and standards.
