Tasks
Handle Company's Administrative tasks
Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
Handle various daily administrative tasks
Manage clients records and documents
Communicate with different free zones on companies and visas renewals
- Communicate with different UAE authorities
- Coordinate the execution of tasks
Communicate with clients on companies and visas renewals
Skills:
- Work experience in the UAE: 3 years minimum
- Overall work experience - minimum 8 years
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of business correspondence.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in back office management
- Attention to details
- Microsoft Office
