Job Title:Sales Representative - Moishi Japanese Dessert Company

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summery:

As a Sales Representative for Moishi Japanese Dessert Company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of high-quality Japanese desserts across all outlets in the UAE. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

Actively promote and sell Moishi Japanese desserts to customers in all outlets.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication.

Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the features and benefits of Moishi Japanese desserts.

Conduct & attend training sessions for staff at outlets to enhance their product knowledge.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*
- U .A.E. market knowledge & Experience is a plus.*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
