We\'re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Trainer to elevate our sales team\'s skills, performance, and engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales agents to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement.
- Sales Performance Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on closing strategies, objection handling, and relationship management to ensure high performance across the team.
- Team Development: Identify skill gaps and create customized training plans to address areas for improvement.
- Performance Evaluation: Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers and senior leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and market demands.
