Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Sales Specialist with 8-10 years of experience in the sales and brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the market, a strong sales track record, and exceptional leadership skills to drive business growth and foster client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead sales efforts, mentor junior team members, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Portfolio Management:
• Identify and engage high-value clients to expand the company's portfolio.
• Develop customized financial and brokerage solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and trust-building.
• Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and the closing of complex deals.
• Revenue Growth and Business Development:
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling services to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns that attract new clients.
• Expand the company's market presence by targeting untapped markets and regions.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Share insights and best practices to enhance the overall sales team's effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and compliance, to ensure seamless client service.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on the brokerage or financial services industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proven success in driving sales and managing client portfolios in the brokerage sector.
• In-depth knowledge of brokerage services, financial products, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring sales teams.
