A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services. Conduct market research including customers and competitors' activities. Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing. Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs. Bachelor's degree required. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 2 years of Capital Equipment or medical sales Experience NeuroSpine, or O.R.\ (Operation Room) Experience Willing to travel extensively.

Nice to Have: Biomedical background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and "Presence"
