We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team.
This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events that align with our sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, a keen understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to engage potential clients through creative and impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including trade shows, conferences, product launches, customer appreciation events, webinars, and networking events.
• Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
• Sales and Marketing Strategy Support:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure event activities align with overall business objectives and sales goals.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, presentations) for use during events.
• Manage pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications to maximize engagement and lead generation.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Develop strategies to capture leads and contacts during events.
• Track event performance, including lead conversion rates, and report on outcomes to senior management.
• Follow up with event leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Vendor and Budget Management:
• Research and liaise with event venues, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best terms and services.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and that events stay within budget parameters.
• Marketing Campaigns and Promotion:
• Assist in the creation and execution of pre-event promotional campaigns to drive attendance, including email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
• Oversee event marketing efforts across multiple platforms (website, social media, paid media, etc.) to increase event visibility.
• On-Site Event Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Supervise event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities to ensure logistical success.
• Manage on-site teams, ensuring effective engagement and experience for attendees.
• Post-Event Analysis:
• Analyze the effectiveness of each event, including attendee feedback and ROI metrics, to measure success and provide recommendations for future events.
• Create event reports summarizing key performance metrics, including lead generation, attendee engagement, and sales impact.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
