Senior Sales Manager - Building Materials (Sanitary Wares & Tiles)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team within the Sanitary Wares and Tiles division, focusing on expanding our market share in the UAE building materials industry . The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the local market and a successful history of driving sales growth in building materials. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on increasing the market share for sanitary wares and tiles.

• Market Analysis:

Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

• Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing training, and fostering a results-driven culture.

• Sales Operations & Reporting:

Manage daily sales operations, including bulk and project-based sales, while generating regular performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.

• Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and consultants, while developing new business opportunities.

• Pricing & Negotiation:

Oversee pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive and profitable terms for both sales and purchases.

• Product Knowledge & Training:

Ensure the sales team is equipped with thorough knowledge of product offerings and conduct regular training sessions to improve sales performance.

• Sales Targets & Performance:

Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and hold team members accountable for meeting performance goals.

• Compliance & Ethics:

Ensure adherence to ethical business practices while maintaining the company's positive reputation within the industry and community.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the UAE building materials market, with a focus on sanitary wares and tiles .
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience, overseeing sales teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering background preferred).

Languages:

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

License:

• Valid UAE Driving License (preferably with own car).

Essential Skills:

• Sales Management: Ability to develop sales strategies, manage teams, and consistently achieve targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Proven expertise in building long-term client relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms with clients and suppliers.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE building materials market, particularly in sanitary wares and tiles.
• Leadership: Experience leading and motivating a diverse sales team to achieve high performance.
• Communication & Analytical Skills: Exceptional communication and analytical skills to present information and make data-driven decisions.
