About the Job :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our off-plan sales team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and maximize sales revenue for off-plan projects.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and other stakeholders to enhance sales opportunities.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial lead generation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for off-plan projects.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in off-plan sales, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
