Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and guide our Jr. sales team. The Senior Sales Manager responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company services, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company services and creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

Sr. Sales Manager responsibilities:

. Meeting overall company sales target and guide the team toward achieving their targets.

. Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.

. Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.

. Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.

. Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.

. Assisting and guiding Junior Sales Representatives and specialists

. Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.

. Conducting in-depth research on competitors products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

.Submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management.

Requirements

Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

A minimum of bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

5-10 years of related experience
