We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, hands-on experience with distributors, and a proven track record in direct sales.   • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Engage directly with customers and hospital administrators (buyers, HODs).
  • Participate actively in tender processes, with familiarity in NUPCO and other buying arms.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with distributor managers.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in direct sales and hands-on distributor management in the UAE and Saudi markets.
  • Strong understanding of the MedTech industry, including tender processes and distributor landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot strategies quickly as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
