This role requires a proactive and resilient individual who can navigate the unique challenges of the MedTech industry in the UAE and Middle East region.Client DetailsThe client is a pioneering leader in the MedTech industry, specialising in innovative health care solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients.DescriptionDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.Engage directly with customers and hospital administrators (buyers, HODs).Participate actively in tender processes, with familiarity in NUPCO and other buying arms.Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with distributor managers.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.ProfileBachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
