Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the leisure segment to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leisure sales within the European & Latin America markets, developing strategies to attract and retain leisure guests, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and clients.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within luxury hotel chains/5-star luxury hotels & resorts is required.
- Understanding the DMC/Tour Operators needs in order to build \xe2\x80\x9cwin-win strategic partnerships\xe2\x80\x9d.
- Proven prospecting and luxury business development abilities.
- Substantial knowledge and established network of connections within luxury agents.
- Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
- Experience and connections within luxury travel network and communities are a plus e.g. private concierge & lifestyle companies, luxury clubs etc.
- Strong luxury sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Understanding of international feeder markets and luxury buying behaviors.
- Focus on solution-oriented problem management.
