We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our Joinery Division . The ideal candidate will have sales experience in joinery, woodwork, or furniture industries with a strong ability to meet targets and develop client relationships. A valid driving license is required, as the role involves frequent client visits .

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and designers .
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales efforts.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project success.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (5+ years) in joinery, woodwork, or related industries.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills .
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration .
• Experience working with architectural or interior design clients .
