Multi:properties Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales : International Markets Location: Marrakech, Morocco Experience: Luxury Hotel / International 5* Hotel / Lifestyle and Boutique Collection Salary: competitive : depending on experience : bonus on KPIs. Languages: English fluency. French appreciated. Mobility: This is a multi:property position : Travels is to be expected for meetings and property visits, business needs and trade shows as needed. We are looking for a passionate and confident Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales / Director of Sales to join the team of this top hotel operator in the Moroccan team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategies to promote the three hotels in international markets. Key responsibilities will include: * Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the three hotels in international markets. * Identify and establish relationships with specialized distribution networks (travel agencies, tour operators, specific booking platforms, etc.). * Negotiate commercial agreements to maximize hotel revenues and occupancy. * Maintain competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and adapt offers accordingly. * Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns. * Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent hotels and develop network of contacts. * Analyze sales performance and propose corrective actions to meet targets. The ideal candidate should: * Proven track record within Luxury Hotel, Group or Collection * International Markets developer specialist with contacts across TA / TO and other key partners * Experience in the Leisure, wellness, Spa and/or golf segment * Strong client relationship skills and account management experience at all level * Be used to selling a high:quality, luxury product * Driven towards maximising sales and meeting departmental budgets * Organisation and time management skills * Have a confident and outgoing personality * Be a team player and have a collaborative approach * Fluent English (verbal and written) * Another European primary or second language. * Flexibility to travel including International travels as part of your regular routine.
