Our client s leading regional Food & Beverages company headquartered in UAE is looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to manage UAE market.Key responsibilities-As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the Sales function for UAE for a food & beverages manufacturing major and will have a P&L responsibility . You will be responsible to plan and implement sales strategies, meet annual sales budgets, build and execute business plan in modern trade, achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets, track and enhance Modern Trade & HoReCa channel performance. As a market activation custodian, you will be responsible for planning and implementing market activation programs, consumer and trade promotions, merchandising, track competition and ensure a strong and robust process.You are a good fit if you have-- 10+ years experience in a reputed FMCG or a distribution company. - 5+ years experience handling Modern trade & Horeca market in UAE region.
