Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs as the go-to solution in the UAE.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key sales KPIs and present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the last-mile delivery industry and UAE region. B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, technology, or SaaS.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and leading sales teams to success.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE logistics and delivery industry is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
