Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Lady to join our catering and events team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the catering and events industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the success of our catering and event services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for catering and event services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to maintain engagement and foster loyalty.

Event Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including catering, logistics, and event planning, to ensure the successful execution of events.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects align with client expectations.
• Monitor event progress and provide on-site support as needed, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
• Provide feedback on client preferences, market trends, and potential areas for growth to the management team.

Networking and Brand Promotion:

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the catering, hospitality, or events industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Language:

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel within Dubai and surrounding areas as needed.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and cultural nuances related to events and hospitality.
