We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at ISON. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of hair products to salons, spas, and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities to build a strong client base, particularly in salons.
Present, promote, and sell our premium products to prospective clients in the beauty and wellness sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide product knowledge and training to salon professionals, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our haircare solutions.
Maintain and nurture a strong network within the industry to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Regularly report on sales performance and client feedback to refine approaches and meet market demands.
Who You Are:
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and sales.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor sales environment.
Knowledge of the salon industry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Required:
A valid UAE driving license.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor sales .
Proficiency in Arabic and English language
