Job Title: Senior Sales Executive for Logistics Operations

Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive for Logistics Operations to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics sector, focusing on securing key clients and expanding market share.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, suppliers, and business partners to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

Logistics Solutions: Work closely with the operations team to tailor logistics solutions, including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance, to meet customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring the best terms for the company while maintaining competitive pricing.

Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations related to logistics and supply chain in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and UAE.

Performance Monitoring: Meet sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and other KPIs related to logistics operations and service quality.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including Jebel Ali Free Zone Port and customs requirements, to guarantee smooth operations for all clients.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the logistics industry, specifically in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong understanding of logistics operations, customs procedures, and port activities within Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Familiar with JAFZA Customs & Port procedures, Dubai Trade, and Marshall 2 protocols.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and Hindi proficiency is a plus).

Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in using sales and logistics management software and tools.

Good understanding of UAE logistics regulations and customs requirements.

UAE driving license is a must.
