Job Profile



Senior Sales Executive - Export to manage and expand our export sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Reporting To: Managing Director



Key Responsibilities:



1. Export Sales & Order Management:



Oversee export orders for air and sea shipments with Safco/FMCG

Follow up on orders, ensuring timely dispatch and smooth coordination with sales, procurement, and logistics teams of Safco/Sentinel

Manage quotations, track pricing, and follow up on discounts and shipment terms.

2. Sales Target Achievement:



Achieve annual export sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

Collaborate with the purchase and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies and profitability.

3. Team Engagement & Coordination:



Collaborate with internal teams, including managers, sales executives, coordinators, purchasers, store, packing, and inventory teams in both Safco/Sentinel/FMCG

Ensure smooth communication between the Safco and Sentinel team,

Conduct regular follow-ups with Safco, Habtoor, and NIS teams for specific customer orders, customized packaging, and bulk trade deals.

Work closely with store and inventory teams to track LPO pricing and shipment schedules.

4. Meetings & Reporting:



Attend weekly export meetings, local sales meetings, and any additional required meetings in Safco and Sentinel.

Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.

5. Market Expansion & Relationship Management:



Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the food and food commodity trading sector.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential export clients, traders, and partners.

Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Expand market in untapped international territories.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

5 - 10 years of proven experience in export sales within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
